- 5 / 5By wayne kI have been a customer of Giovanni's for about 10 years. In that time I have never had a bad experience of any kind. The food is fantastic and the customer service is second to none. As I sit and have read through all the reviews I noticed how a couple complained. Then I researched the people who left these mean spirited and out right lies in there reviews and notice that both of them are in the food industry. So as like doctors some people in the food industry get a god like complex when it comes to anything they eat other then what they made. So I would say you can't make every one happy in business that I do know but as for me a New Yorker who lives Italian food. I give Giovanni's a 5 star rating and a consistent thank you for perfect survive and food every timeJanuary 19, 2017
